"I am only able to express myself creatively through a platform such as music because of the circumstances I have been born into. The majority of the people on this planet are denied basic rights simply because of the circumstances they may have been born into: a country torn by war or famine, oppression based on religion, culture, gender, economic class, skin colour...the list goes on.

Charity - to me - is not about "helping the less fortunate" or "doing a good deed". It is about re-establishing the balances of justice and equality our global systems upset. This is my basic obligation to my fellow human beings."
